Sharing knowledge while working in some of the world’s most difficult environments requires a unique set of skills.

The team at RedR will equip you with the tools to effectively collaborate with diverse communities in challenging and interesting contexts. You will be given the confidence to engage with a variety of clients and carry out your job to a higher standard.

This course is designed with a focus on delivery within the not-for profit and humanitarian spheres and looks at the many demanding circumstances presented while working in the field.

Is the course right for me?  This six-day course is a must for anyone considering applying their skills to humanitarian relief and those working in the not-for-profit sector – whether that is field practitioners, country managers, volunteer coordinators or senior managers.

RedR is nationally accredited with RTO status and currently run this course from Dookie, near Shepparton, Victoria. This course will offered twice yearly, with the next course running from 5-10 February 2015.
